Information we need from you when ordering: Tell us whether you want Desk Length or Full Length Armpads. Information often requested: Desk Length Extended Armpads are 10” long x 4” W. Full Length Extended Armpads are 14”L x 4” W. Extended Armpads are sold individually. Customizations frequently requested on Extended Armpads When Gel is added to this product, the product becomes Custom. You must use the custom product code for the Extended Armpad as well as the appropriate gel insert product code. (S111 Full Gel Insert or S129 Elbow Area Gel Insert) Please indicate whether you would like soft cloth or vinyl over the gel. If gel in elbow area usually just that area is often covered in soft cloth the rest is Vinyl. Also if ordering gel we need to know if they just want the insert (just elbow area) or full-length gel. Custom dimensions are also available for this product.

If you are faxing us a template for a custom Elbow Pad, please mark all dimensions on the template as the fax machine reduces the image making it impossible to just use the diagram as a template.
